Science and Engineering Fair

K-8 Guidelines

The following information for parents, teachers, and science fair coordinators will help students have a successful science fair experience — from learning about the benefits of participating in the fair, to accessing helpful resources. Also know that participating students do not need a home computer in order to participate in the fair, and that completed project displays do not need to be typed. Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Review the Project Categories

4. Apply for Initial Project Approval (PDF)
   Fill out the initial project approval form before beginning your project.

6. Submit Your Approval for Submission of Project to SNRSEF (PDF)
